This elegant corkscrew in the shape of a women is know as the Alessi Anna G Corkscrew, Designed by Alessandro Mendini this corkscrew has become one of  most popular and successful items as it makes a great and unusual gift for wine drinkers or as a wedding gift. The head and arms are made from chrome plated zamak and the dress is made from polyamide. It works in exactly the same way as a traditional sommelier. Simply put the spike underneath the dress in to the bottles cork and then twist the head clockwise to create enough torque for the arms to be raised. Once the arms are at there highest point press the arms down for the cork to be pulled out of the bottle. Pour and enjoy.
