The Kartell 4867 designed by Joe Colombo was the first ever chair to be made from a single mould of plastic. This very clever design has a cylindrical leg that is cut flat so that chairs can be placed side by side  tight up against each other.

The chair is made from smooth batch dyed polypropylene and comes in a mat white finish. The Colombo chair is easy to pick up with its cut out hole in the back and can be stacked up to 3 chairs high. The 4867 also is 100% weather resistant so can be used as garden furniture also the cut out allows for water to be drained from the seat also if left outside.
