Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Delivery ScheduleSometimes we have the item(s) in stock for rapid delivery otherwise we will order the item(s) from our suppliers. Delivery time will vary and the quoted delivery times on this site are only estimates. If there's more than one time item in the order Design 55 shall hold the order until it is complete and then arrange delivery.2. Arrange Delivery Once the item(s) are ready Design 55 or its carriers shall contact you by telephone or post to arrange a date and time for delivery. 3. Delivery Delivery will be undertaken by either Design 55 staff themselves or one of its carrier companies. Larger items of furniture will be moved into a selected room of your house. You will then be required to sign for the delivery and condition of the item(s). Any damages must be reported to Design 55 within 24 hours of signing for the product. |
